B.A.R. is a unique spirits incubator dedicated to the creation and commercialization of meaningful brands.
Commercialization
B.A.R. is designed to be a full front-end brand development and launch engine with a leverageable and scalable multi-state deployment/distribution support platform and dedicated Brand Ambassadors in all states.
Logistics and legal infrastructure in place to offer business model flexibility on a state-to-state basis per brand.
Employee infrastructure at the corporate and state levels provide the ability to leverage sales and marketing costs across multiple brands.
Investment thesis is centered around efficiently and profitably creating and launching brands.
Value Creation
B.A.R. is defined by the brands we create. In certain situations we will take over an existing brand that has a unique story to tell and roll it into our commercialization footprint. This may involve new design, rebranding and positioning. In these situations we will take on a monthly fee structure and a back-end payment upon exit.
In most cases B.A.R. will generate brands from scratch and create the wholly-owned intellectual property assets.

Revivalist Garden Gin
Welcome to the Garden
Revivalist Garden Gin is handcrafted using the finest botanicals sourced from around the world and our own backyard in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The unique selection of botanicals are rooted in ethnobotanical traditions, meaning how plants have been used for functional, spiritual and culinary purposes for millennia. If it isn’t found in the garden you won’t find it here. All natural and sustainably produced from the ground up.
Revivalist was created in partnership with Botanery Barn Distilling and the renowned head mixologist of Bathtub Gin in NY and LA, Brendan Bartley. Unlike old school gins that flaunt juniper and new world gins that lack “ginness,” Revivalist has a softer and balanced palate for a subtler gin experience.
Montana Whiskey Co.
Straight up liquor from a straight up place.
When we founded Montana Whiskey Co., the goal was to craft something beyond special that truly reflected the essence of what Montana is all about. Something inspired by, and inspired as, the beauty, wildlife, wide open spaces, unbridled spirit and fine hardworking and hard playing people of this great state. It is our firm belief that a pour of our whiskey should speak directly to the part of you that recognizes, and savors, things done right.
In the spirit of Montana, our bottle isn’t a bottle, but something tough enough to ride fearlessly downriver in a drift boat, be leaned against some campfire rocks, or take a beating in a saddlebag when you’re at full gallop.
Not exactly holy. Not exactly water.
The Reverend Sour Mash Whiskey is produced by the Call Family Distillers, a fifth generation whiskey making family and descendants of American whiskey history. In the mid-1800s, Reverend Dan Call operated a still on his family farm outside of Lynchburg, Tennessee. The distiller was the enslaved Nathan “Nearest” Green, hired from an agency, and who in Call’s words was, “The best whiskey maker I’ve ever known.” During the Civil War, The Reverend introduced the young Jack Daniel to Green to teach him the art of distilling sour mash whiskey. Jack had been taken in as an orphan by the Call’s, and showed much interest in the still as a teenager.
Eventually, Reverend Dan and Jack Daniel formed a distillery together—Daniel & Call Distillery No. 7. As the temperance movement began to sweep across the nation, the Reverend chose to commit to his congregation and sold his stake in the distillery to Jack Daniel, making him the sole owner. Then, as a free man, Nearest Green became the master distiller. In time, Call family members moved across the Appalachians to North Carolina, and became famous moonshiners in Wilkes County, continuing the whiskey making legacy started by the Reverend to this day.
