Returning to Jalisco with his winnings, Don Gato bought a field and planted 100% blue weber agave, grown in the lowlands for five years under ideal conditions. His tequila, crafted with a blend of traditional and modern methods, involves a Tahona wheel for a sweeter flavor and dual distillation techniques for a robust yet clean taste.
